A Comprehensive Guide to Our Application Journey
Initial Steps in the Application Process
Before proceeding, kindly ensure the accuracy and completeness of the required documents. Any errors identified during this stage could result in the rejection of your application. Take a moment to thoroughly validate and review all necessary documents.
Application
Step 1. of the process. Submission of the following information:
Application form which includes the following:

Curriculum Vitae (CV)

Introduction video about yourself (max. 3 min.)
This information will be used to authenticate included certificates and to inform instructions for next steps.
Interview
Step 2. of the process.
Upon successful receipt and processing of your application, you will be extended an invitation for an interview. The interview will be conducted online through Teams and Zalo.
Please provide the following information during interview in person and as a PDF file (To validate identity and security).

!Important! The interview process will primarily be conducted in English. This is essential to assess and validate the required B1 proficiency level.
Upon completion of steps 1 and 2, your application will undergo a review, which may take up to 1-2 weeks. The decision will be communicated to you via email. Kindly ensure to check your email frequently for updates.
Results of the application
Step 3. of the process.
After the review process, you will be informed of either acceptance/refusal.
Rejection - In the event of rejection, you will receive a formal notification via email. Detailed reasons for refusal will be provided to ensure clarity.
Acceptance - In the event of acceptance, you will receive a formal notification via email. Specific times for further steps will be included in the email.
